Hypnotherapy Foundation Level 1

Course Outline

This is a certified course suitable for individuals wishing to gain a basic understanding in the fundamental principles and practices of clinical hypnosis. Students are introduced to the theoretical concepts and the biological nature of hypnosis, the practical skills required to induce hypnosis, basic problem assessment through taking a case history, simple clinical applications and the ethical use of hypnosis.

Students will have many opportunities to experience the hypnotic state and learn various approaches to induce and deepen hypnosis in a safe and professional environment.
